It is important to read and understand this policy before placing your order. Custom Crafts By Paris is not liable for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction resulting from a failure to review this policy in advance.

No cancellations, returns or exchanges unless there are extenuating circumstances. Please reach out to us if you have an issue with your order so we may consider a return or exchange on a case by case basis. Returns or exchanges may result in restocking fees, partial refunds, or buyer paying shipping fees.

All orders are subject to a 7-14 business day processing time in addition to shipping time unless otherwise specified. Business hours are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Our store is located in California, so economy shipping may take a little longer for states that are further away. For quicker delivery, we recommend selecting standard shipping. We do not make exceptions to this policy. Please note that the processing time does not include the time it takes for the package to be delivered to you after it has been shipped. If you need your item by a specific date, please message us before placing your order to ensure timely arrival. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make and ship your order earlier.

International orders may incur customs fees. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay these fees, and Custom Crafts By Paris is not liable for any importing charges that may occur. Customs charges are outside of our control and are charged at the sole discretion of. your local customs office. Due to this, we're unable to cover or refund any charges you may incur. We're unable to predict if or when you may be charged but for more information you can always contact your local customs office. Should you order and chose not to pay any outstanding customs or import duties on your package, it will be returned to us. Please note that once a return has been processed, we're unable to stop this or have your items re-sent.

Occasionally, USPS will stop updating International tracking once an order reaches its destination country. Please track your order through your countries post (i.e. Canada Post, Royal Mail) for more accurate updates.

Please be considerate of our shop’s made to order system. All items except custom and onesie orders have a processing time of up to 14 business days. Custom and onesie orders processing time begins once final confirmed order and/or onesies are received.
