How do I track my order?
Please use the "Tracking" page from the main menu and enter your tracking number

Please note: We unfortunately have no control of any shipping carriers updating their tracking information
Where is my order?
All orders are subject to a 7-14 business day processing time in addition to shipping time unless otherwise specified. Our store is located in California, so economy shipping may take a little longer for states that are further away. For quicker delivery, we recommend selecting standard shipping. If you need your item by a specific date, please message us before placing your order to ensure timely arrival.
Please allow extra time for weekends, holidays, and any forecasted strikes by the carrier. Bad weather can also have an effect on delivery times.
Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package, please allow for a few extra days to it arrive then contact us so we can advise you further on how to make a claim.

What can I do if my order is going to the wrong address?
Please double check all your information when entering your shipping address at checkout, once an order has been placed we only have a short amount of time in which to change an any information and sadly, if your package has already been shipped, we are unable to change your address for you.
Please make sure to include any extra information such as apt, unit, suite, etc.
I've made a mistake with my order; can I change it?
Once you have placed an order with us, our team works hard to make sure we are promptly making and processing your order, therefore once your order has been placed, we're only able to possibly change your order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
